Cookie Policy

Updated 14 October 2026

A cookie is a small file that a website asks your browser to keep. This page sets out which ones this site uses, and how to change what you have allowed.

What this site uses

We keep this short, because the site stores very little. What it does store falls into two groups.

  • Strictly necessary. These make the site work. They remember your cookie choice, protect the enquiry forms against misuse, and keep anyone signed in to manage the site signed in. They cannot be switched off and they are not used to track you.
  • Analytics, only if you accept. If you accept, we may count visits and see which pages are read, so that we can improve the site. What we see is aggregated: that a page was read, not who read it. Nothing in this group is stored unless you accept it, and declining does not change how the site works for you.

Changing your mind

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the cookie notice. You can also delete cookies already stored through your browser settings, and every major browser will let you refuse them outright — though parts of most websites stop working properly if you do.

Cookies set by others

Pages that embed a map or a virtual tour load that content from the company providing it, and that company may set cookies of its own. We do not control those, and they are covered by that company’s policy rather than this one.
