The survey states: “The number of spaces worldwide is projected to cross 20 000 soon and reach 25 968 by 2022, an increase of 42% from 2019.” This certainly bodes well for companies such as TBE and as Seinker says, “This growth, however, doesn’t mean the demand is being met. As the market becomes more saturated, newcomers offering shared office space are using lifestyle perks such as free drinks, foosball tables, and back massages to get tenants to sign up. While there may be a demand for these types of perks, not all companies are partial to this frivolity and prefer a more professional working environment, ” says Seinker.
